最好先放半年，再装修更好。

刚收的房子会有一些潮气，另外结构可能也会发生一点变化，放几个月到半年，可以出出潮气，哪里有问题也都看出来了，这样装修时比较容易弥补。否则匆忙装修，可能过后会出现问题，比如墙上可能出现裂缝，那就比较麻烦了。
